The Problem

The client had a problem regarding document management. Documents were scattered everywhere and it was almost impossible to find the right one. Also, some of their employees did not comply with the common rule to leave update logs as required in specific formats.

Yojiro's Solution

We provided document designs and templates using Notion, and operation workflows based on these Notion documents. We also provided employees training to utilize these documents and templates.
